Dear Friends,
This past week, The Hope of Survivors Latino Division, La Esperanza de los Sobrevivientes (LEDLS), has been working directly with people who want to support the ministry. Ismael Teron has always been willing to use his talents to help the ministry raise awareness through media technology such as audio, video and social networks. The last weekend of June (as in right now!), we will be producing educational videos that will help to create more awareness about clergy sexual abuse, and help other people learn more about the existence of this ministry.
Also, Martha Irene has decided to join LEDLS. Welcome Martha!! She will be sharing with others about LEDLS and using her experience to support victims and survivors. Martha also has the talent of web design. Although The Hope of Survivors has its page in Spanish, Martha can provide good ideas for maintaining the website and contribute with information that can help others to find us.
As you know, The Hope of Survivors is a ministry that reaches any church member of any denomination around the world. LEDLS has been reaching victims in Puerto Rico, Texas, Mexico, Argentina, and Spain, among other countries. Below are some testimonies from victims who have recently contacted us:
“Today I feel better. I have Faith in God. I know He is helping me because, in my heart, my desire is to be closer to Him. The only thing I have left is to trust in God. Thank you very much for all the help. It is very valuable to us.”–Victim from Spain
“These messages always come at opportune times. Each person you help at the end represents thousands of souls that can be saved. Thank you for your support. May God bless you in this ministry.”–Husband of victim from Spain
There is a great urgency to share with others about THOS/LEDLS. You can help us by praying for the people who are suffering to find help and healing. Also, you can help us by praying for the educational videos we will be recording on these last days of the month of June. There is a possibility that THOS/LEDLS may share an educational seminar for a pastor’s organization in Spain later this year. Please keep us in your prayers and support this vital ministry by making a donation online and writing “Latino Division” in the comment section, or mail your check to:
