We do understand your feelings. We have compassion for you. We know it seems like there’s no hope at times, no way out of the nightmare you’re living in at the moment, and it may feel like the world would be better off without you, but that is not true. God created you—He knew you before you were born. He has a purpose for your life. He can and will see you through this, if you’ll only allow Him to walk beside you and carry your burdens.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.—1 Peter 5:6-8
We ask that you hold on, hold on to God. In a few minutes, hours, days, weeks or months, the whole plan and focus of your life may change. These terrible feelings will be gone and you will once again be joyful. Live moment by moment for now if necessary. You wouldn’t want to miss out on the good things the Lord has in store for you. Perhaps He even plans for you to be a witness and an encouragement to others. You’ll never know how good the future can be if you end your life now.

The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.—Psalms 34:18, 19
