This website, www.thehopeofsurvivors.org, is owned and operated by The Hope of Survivors, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We value privacy and we know you do, too. We want to make your online experience helpful, encouraging and safe. We also want you to be informed that The Hope of Survivors gathers and tracks certain information about users at times, and this information is described below:

(1) Voluntary and optional information provided by users through the submission of online forms and/or emails sent directly to The Hope of Survivors.

(2) Information gathered through web site tracking software that reveals such identifying information as the user’s browser and possibly IP address. This information is collected for the SOLE purpose of assessing statistical data and is not used in conjunction with any individual. This information allows The Hope of Survivors to better tailor content to the user’s needs, and assists us in determining the necessity of the web site and the education it provides. Under no circumstances does The Hope of Survivors divulge any information about an individual user to a third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
